Brian Head Town Nightly Rentals Cabins & Condos information

Reminder to Homeowners, anyone who wants to rent out their condo must have a business license from the Town of Brian Head.

Owner Information - Management must have owner information on file along with pet info and keys or codes to your properties for fire or water emergency only access. Please complete our online form with this information asap. A printable update form can be downloaded here.

Storage Closet Rental Info / Availability / Form - 422k - A listing of available units, details, and rental contract - ALL UNITS ARE RENTED AT THIS TIME.

ACH Debit Authorization Auto-Payment / Debit Form - Payment is withdrawn on the 10th of each month. The ACH form is to be completed and returned to Chelsea Buonaguidi of Hinton Burton, CPAs - click for contact info.

Residents: Please post this "Rules" document within your units ASAP.

Renters/guests are often hardest on the Giant Steps property and collectively cost our community money. Wed like to ask everyone that uses their condo as a short-term vacation rental and/or shares their unit with friends and family to please provide each guest with an electronic copy of the Welcome flyer (includes guest parking permit).
